Operation Comfort and Joy is an OU staff assistance program, managed by the OU Organizational Staff Council (OSC). . This program’s mission is to help University employees in need during the holiday season (and throughout the year). From paying the light bill to helping a struggling family with holiday gifts for a child, Operation Comfort and Joy has been supporting OU staff members year after year.
In the spirit of giving and the holidays, OU provided a list of OU employees that are needing assistance this year and is facilitating donations through Venmo. Some of the employee stories from other anonymous OU employees are listed below.
If you want to help spread comfort and joy to some of these OU families this holiday season, please donate by Friday, December 14 by credit card, debit card, or bank account – Venmo app or venmo.com @ OSC-OU
