The University of Oklahoma Price College of Business Integrated Business Core Program gives students hands-on, real-world training through partnership with First Fidelity Bank. From brainstorming and market analysis, to managing employees and the legal implications of business transactions, to selling products and closing the books on the last sale, IBC develops the skills it takes to launch a successful business. All profits go to local non-profit charities along with ‘sweat equity’ of up to 500 hours of community service each semester.

Sooner Fresh, one of the 2018 student launched companies, contacted the OU Club of KC to offer their one-of-a-kind OU design air fresheners created to give the consumers a fresher way to show off their Sooner Spirit. Sooner Fresh is all about giving back to the community and building the next generation of entrepreneurs.  Sooner Fresh has set a goal to dedicate 1,100 service hours to the local elementary schools and $10,000 to the “Sooner Fresh Entrepreneurship Fund” at Loveworks Leadership, Inc., a non-profit organization committed to helping middle school students discover their potential and live into their dreams.  Check out the Sooner Fresh website for more information on the company, product, mission, and philanthropies
